Goodland Property Management was started after years of experience in property management software and seeing that there is an immense amount of room for improvement in how properties can be managed more efficiently and with a more personal touch. We have personal experience with hundreds of property management organizations of all sizes and in every facet of the industry. We have acted as consultants for many organizations and finally decided to branch out on our own to provide a better solution to property management.

Here in the Goodland we believe that community is key! We tailor a property management solution for each client that best suits their needs while also providing the best experience for their tenants. A happier tenant is more likely to stay around and be happier for longer. When the need arises to replace a tenant we are a local company that will be onsite to provide a friendly face to prospects to quickly establish a relationship built on trust and mutual respect.
